THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP
Each applicant must be at least 18 years old to become a THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP distributor. By signing the registration form, the applicant acknowledges that they are being appointed as a self-employed distributor, not an employee or agent of the company. This agreement allows the distributor to sell and promote THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP products under a principal-to-principal basis.
The registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
I understand that the 40% Wallet amount credited by the company at the time of registration is only a virtual number (system-generated value) created for internal calculation and promotional purposes.
It has no real monetary value and is not part of my income, commission, or bonus.
This virtual amount is infused by the company to facilitate phase promotion as per the business plan and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or claimed as real earnings under any circumstances.
The company is paying out the Referral Income and Binary Matching Income strictly as per the approved Binary Plan and Company Policy, and all payouts are subject to applicable deductions (such as TDS and administrative charges).
The company reserves full rights over this virtual balance, and it remains the exclusive property of THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP.
Distributors must not advertise or promote any unapproved product or service within the THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP network. Prior written permission is required to promote products on any e-commerce platform or marketplace.
Distributors must not create, post, or share misleading content, fake earnings screenshots, or unauthorized videos using the company name, brand, or products on social media, YouTube, or WhatsApp.
Violation of this policy will lead to suspension or termination without prior notice.
Distributors are expected to support and guide their downlines honestly and ethically.
If any truthful or verified complaint is received against an upline regarding misconduct, misguidance, or violation of company policies, the company reserves the right to transfer, suspend, or terminate the concerned distributor’s ID after due investigation.
Such disciplinary actions are taken in accordance with the company’s internal compliance policy and in alignment with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 issued by the Government of India.
The company’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
Distributors are expected to support and guide their downlines. If an upline fails and a valid complaint arises, the company may transfer the downline or suspend/terminate the upline ID after investigation.
If husband and wife both wish to become distributors, they must operate under a single distributorship or individual.
Any customer complaint must be forwarded to the company, which will address it within 30 days. The company's decision will be final.
Every distributor must provide valid bank account details. If a distributor's cumulative bonus is between ₹200–₹600 and bank details are not submitted, the company may issue product vouchers instead. Payouts are released only when the bonus reaches ₹200 or more.
Payout Processing:
All bonuses and commissions are calculated as per the approved plan and credited to distributors’ wallets.
Payouts are subject to applicable deductions such as TDS, admin charges, and any government levies.
Once transferred, the company holds no liability for delays caused by bank, payment gateway, or technical issues.
By default, a distributor’s spouse will be treated as nominee, unless otherwise declared in the nomination form.
By registering, you authorize THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP to send SMS or WhatsApp messages related to business updates.
All personal data (mobile number, bank details, etc.) will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes. We do not share customer or distributor data with any third parties without legal requirement.
Registration and digital services are non-refundable. Product returns are only accepted in case of damage or defect, reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will be provided upon verification.
THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP does not guarantee income to any distributor. Earnings are based on individual effort, product sales, and team performance. “All earnings are generated through legitimate product sales and business performance under the Binary Plan; no income is paid from registration or wallet infusion amounts.”
A distributor may be suspended or terminated for misrepresentation, policy violation, inactivity, or non-compliance with the company’s Terms & Conditions.
During the period of suspension, the distributor’s account shall remain non-payable, and no bonuses, commissions, or income shall be released until the issue is resolved and the suspension is officially lifted.
The company also reserves the right to withhold or cancel pending payouts if the distributor is found guilty after due investigation.
These actions are taken in accordance with the company’s internal compliance policy and in alignment with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, issued by the Government of India.
16. Amendment Clause
THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website, and continued participation implies acceptance.
The product “All Cure 4 Sure” is a natural nutritional food, not a drug, supplement, or medicine.
It is meant for general wellness and should not replace medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.
Users with existing medical conditions should consult their physician before use.
Company – Refers to THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP.
Distributor – A person registered to promote and sell the company’s products.
19. Communication Consent:
All official communication, notifications, and updates will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the registered contact details. Such electronic communication shall be deemed valid and legally binding.
20. Master Wallet Reconciliation:
The Master Wallet is used for internal system calculations and promotional adjustments only.
Any discrepancy in wallet balance will be verified through the system log, and the company’s reconciliation record shall be considered final.
Distributors must act ethically and professionally, avoid manipulating or pressuring others, respect the business plan and branding, and avoid spreading false claims on social media.
The company reserves the right to investigate and block any distributor account involved in suspicious activity, misuse of wallets, or fraudulent transactions. Any false identification, duplication, or money circulation activity will lead to permanent termination.
22. Force Majeure:
The company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or pandemics.
All legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of West Bengal, India.
